The Packers vs. Rams game was a good defensive and offensive game for both teams. The packers had the lead the entire game, but the Rams were never far behind, only losing by two touchdowns as the ending score was 32-18. Both Aaron Rodgers and Jared Goff played pretty clean games, with both throwing zero interceptions. But the Rams did fail to protect Goff, letting the Packers’ defense get to him four times. Jalen Ramsey and Devante Adams were the real talks of the game. Two All-Pros went at it all game, with Devante Adams ultimately winning the matchup in the end and the Packers advancing to the Conference championship.

Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs were successful in winning against the Browns, but it wasn’t as easy as many thought it would. They started very content with the running game feeding running back Darrel Williams. Then Patrick Mahomes with two touchdowns, one passing, and one rushing but with all that coming to an end in the middle of the third quarter with Mahomes sitting out the rest of the game with a concussion. The Browns did take advantage of this as Mahomes back upcoming in the game Chad Henne. With the Browns scoring both of their touchdowns in the second half, it was ultimately too late as the backup Henne made a big first down run late in the fourth quarter, sealing the win for the Chiefs 22-17.

As one of the 2021 MVP leaders, Aaron Rodgers didn’t have what it took to lead his Packers against the Buccaneers. The Buccaneers defense helped shut down one of the best scoring offenses in the league, shutting down the run game and shutting down their star All-Pro wide receiver Devante Adams. The Bucs passed the ball efficiently, with Tom Brady throwing three touchdowns and throwing three interceptions, and many wonder how they won. Well, the packers could not finish and take advantage of the opportunities their defense gave them. The Bucs defense sent tons of pressure ending the game with five sacks on Rodgers. The Packers attempted to make a comeback in the second half but ended up falling short to Tampa Bay 31-26.

With future HOF quarterback Tom Brady already having six Super Bowl rings, all with the Patriots, he is now on a different team in the Super bowl. Brady has proved this season how great he is by turning around an entire franchise that has not seen a playoff game in nearly two decades. With all the weapons he has had this past season, including Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Antonio Brown late in the season. On the other hand, Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs have been one of the best if not the best offense in the NFL for the past three seasons. With their defense stepping up big the past two seasons ending the 2021 season, one of the league’s top defenses and leading them to a 14-2 record. It will be difficult for the Bucs to stop all of the Chiefs’ threats in their receiving core with Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce, and Mecole Hardman. But it will also be difficult for the Chiefs to stop Tampa Bay’s running game with Fournette and Ronald Jones in the backfield and the Chiefs not having the best running defense. This, I think this will be much like last year’s Super Bowl with the game coming down to the wire, but I think Brady will lead the Bucs to a Superbowl win because he knows what it takes to win and always comes back late in the game.
