Spring break has served as a break and a time to let loose for students everywhere. It’s a time to let people take a break from all school stressors. Some people take luxurious to far away places or others take a trip to the beach. People who don’t travel can easily find fun, exciting things to experience in Atlanta. Spring break is one of the most favorite times for students.

m has hundreds of species and thousands of different animals that reside in 11 million gallons of water. From walking around and seeing these beautiful animals, you can get up close and personal and experience dolphin or penguin encounters. You can even sit and watch a sea lion presentation. A person that is excited to be enjoying Spring Break in Atlanta is Funmi Ogunsola (12). “If I decide to go out of town, I want to go to Savannah at least once. If not, I want to find some restaurants and hidden gems in ATL. Also, maybe get an Airbnb/hotel with some of my friends.” As you can see, this fellow Atlanta native wants to have a fun time off school.
Many Wheeler High school Students are going all over the country for their spring break. As a result, plenty of cities and towns have a lot to offer for vacationing high school students. A particular student who is super excited about their spring break plans is Manya Chugh (12). “I am excited because the whole week of no school is letting loose and relaxing.” So as she is planning on heading to the Florida beaches, excitement awaits. Florida has some of the most exciting beaches full of spring break fun, notably Panama City Beach and Daytona Beach. These are prominent spring break destinations where you can either lounge at the beach or spend time partying in the streets. One thing is that a great place to let loose and have a good time.
Another person with a few different plans is Walter McClanahan (12) heading to Boston to enjoy the springtime fun while touring his future school. When asked what his plans were, “I’m going to Boston University and Mercedes Benz Headquarters to tour and take pictures. I am truly excited to see both places that I love and aspire to be in the near future. Both are pretty far, but both are worth the experience.” As you can see, students are super happy to be going on their spring break trips. Boston is a beautiful city full of countless activities to do. One of the biggest attractions in Boston is the Freedom Trail. The Freedom Trail is a 2.5-mile-long trail that you can walk through 16 historic locations or spend your time visiting the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. If you want a culturally rich experience, Boston, Massachusetts, is your place.
Something cool about spring break is that people travel all over to enjoy their personal vacation. Sreeja Sappati (12) will know this feeling too, because she plans to spend her spring break in Mexico: “I’m going to Cabo. My family and I are going scuba diving and snorkeling. But, I would say the weather and the food are what I’m most excited for.” Cabo has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and is a great place to get a lot of sun and relax on the pleasant beaches sipping a nice beverage.
