Homecoming Week: The 90s

Similar to football homecoming, Wheeler High School celebrates homecoming week for basketball during the week leading up to the game. Each day of the week has a different theme, and students come to school dressed in something relating to that day’s theme. For the first day of homecoming week, the theme was 90’s. We saw a lot of stripes, denim, and high ponytails, and everyone participating looked great! We hope that all week, students and teachers will continue to show their school spirit by dressing up and having fun. This year, the basketball game will be on January 19th, against East Coweta and with the dance immediately afterwards.
